Save your criteria once. Our property model screens every home and lot on the island against it, and we’ll notify you when a private opportunity matches.
After you save
1. Your criteria run against the model. Every property on the island is screened for fit, whether or not it’s ever been listed.
2. We talk to owners. We reach out directly to owners of properties that fit.
3. You hear about real opportunities. When an owner is open to a conversation, we let you know, with the owner’s privacy protected until they’re ready.
Your details stay private. We don’t sell your information or share it with homeowners or other buyers, and you can edit your search or unsubscribe at any time.
